Fenugreek Testosterone Enhancement

Fenugreek Testosterone EnhancementWhen you find yourself experiencing Low T, there are many options for boosting your testosterone production. While prescription grade pharmaceuticals can threaten your daily health with risky side effects, natural testosterone boosting supplements can be a much better option. Fenugreek Testosterone Enhancement is by far the best option for herbal supplements, but there are other lifestyle changes and tricks you can combine with a daily Fenugreek supplement to see a truly remarkable change in your overall health, verve and vitality.

When you have more muscles, more testosterone is produced. It’s a chicken-and-egg type situation, because boosting your testosterone levels helps you build more lean muscle. The point is, get off the couch and exercise! You’ll have more energy, heightened mental function and of course, higher levels of testosterone! Try lifting weights with only moderate cardio. You want to build muscle, and also burn away fat.

You want a ton of protein in your diet to feed those growing muscles, so try for 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight per day. Stick to lean proteins like turkey, chicken and fish, and also heart healthy nuts and seeds. Certain veggies, such as broccoli, brussel sprouts, kale, cabbage, bok choy and other cruciferous garden dwellers contain phytonutrients such as indoles, which suppress estrogen.

Drink Less Alcohol

More than a healthy 1-2 alcoholic beverages daily can mean trouble for your testosterone levels. Elevated levels of alcohol in the blood inhibits testosterone production and can severely affect energy and libido overall.

Natural Testosterone Supplements

Choose the Fenugreek Testosterone Enhancement daily supplement that is right for you. A good supplement will be made with pure ingredients, zero filler, and be guaranteed to make you feel like ten years have been taken off. Discover the difference an all natural product can make, while still being affordable and not putting you at risk of scary pharmaceutical side effects.

T Plus Testosterone Booster

T Plus Testosterone Booster

Many men over the age of 40 have been asking themselves this question. Part in due to all of the testosterone enhancement commercials on mainstream TV, prescription drugs for Low T sound familiar?

Here’s how it works. Testosterone helps lower your cholesterol. As men age, especially if they don’t take care of themselves health wise, their cholesterol increases (along with other potential negative health issues due to Low T). The American Urological Association’s recent study confirmed that lowering cholesterol lowered PSA levels in men. The researchers noted these results provide more evidence that cholesterol plays a role in the biology of prostate health. Both reasons are enough to raise your testosterone levels with enhancement supplements if you are a middle aged male.

10 signs you may need testosterone enhancement:

1) Decreased libido
2) Depression
3) Lack of energy
4) Decreased height
5) Lack of strength
6) Less pleasurable erections
7) Other health issues
8) Decreased ejaculate
9) Shrinking testicles
10) Erectile dysfunction

Another thing to consider is that in general the diet of today’s America is less than ideal. Bad diet absolutely affects testosterone levels. Get Fit for Summer with T-Plus

Male Muscle Growth

Fenugreek for Men’s Health

Gentlemen, the temperature is rising, the ladies are in tank tops, it’s light out past 7pm and that can only mean one thing—Summer is Coming. You want to get back into the best shape of your life in time for beach season just like every guy, but the winter slump isn’t easy to shake off. Hopefully, you’ve already started your regimen of T-Plus, so your energy is through the roof, you have more motivation, your metabolism is jumpstarted and you feel great. So hit the yard, beach, gym or wherever and try these quick yet effective exercises and watch that spare tire melt away in no time!

Push Ups

Not your grandma’s pushups. You want to get ALL the way down to the ground with your body as straight as a plank. Already feeling buff? Try changing up your hand placement. A wider or narrower stance presents a challenge, and with your hands in the center in a diamond formation, you’ll be begging for mercy in no time.

One thing we guys tend to neglect is leg strength. Don’t be that chicken-legged laughingstock this summer—instead incorporate plenty of squats into your work out! Body weight squats are great for beginners in high reps, or focus more on perfect form (knees don’t bend out past toes, back stays straight, chest up), and add increasing weight to your barbell. You’ll have a pinch-worthy backside ready for the first beach BBQ, guaranteed.

Pull Ups

Great because they work so many different muscle groups, (chest, shoulders, back, abs), Pull Ups are great for more advanced athletes. Trust me, once you get into your work out schedule and T-Plus starts really kicking your energy levels into gear, you’re going to want to be challenging yourself more and more, until you’re doing pull ups just like men half your age. Change up the grip from front to back to work slightly different muscles and challenge yourself even more.

The grandaddy of all moves, the burpee is dreaded by athletes in all arenas. Basically a brutal congolomration of all of the aforementioned exercises, burpees will shred fat, make you sweat and hurt like hell. Start with your hands flat, in a squatting position. Kick both feet back and land in a plank, (the top of a pushup position), then jump back forward, then spring vertically with both feet as high as you can. Think that sounds rough? Just wait until you start adding full push ups or pull ups to each rep. You can thank me for the six pack abs later, bro.

 Normal Levels of Testosterone

In healthy men, testosterone levels (also known as T levels) between 300 ng/dL and 1000 ng/dL are considered normal. The brain and the testes work together to keep testosterone in this range. When levels of testosterone are below normal, the brain signals the testes to make more. When there is enough testosterone, the brain signals the testes to make less. Testosterone is a hormone produced primarily in the testicles. Testosterone helps maintain men’s:

  • Changes in sleep patterns. Sometimes low testosterone causes insomnia or other sleep disturbances.
  • Physical changes. Various physical changes are possible, including increased body fat, reduced muscle bulk and strength, and decreased bone density. Swollen or tender breasts (gynecomastia) and hair loss are possible. You may experience hot flashes and have less energy than you used to.

Testosterone is a sex hormone produced in the testes and ovaries. It affects numerous systems and structures, including the development of muscle mass, bone density, sex organs, skin, hair and the nervous system. It has androgenic, or building, effects and is essential for normal growth during childhood and early adulthood, particularly for boys. While the hormone is best known for promoting male organ growth, testosterone is found in both men and women.

According to Dr. Len Kravitz at the University of New Mexico, testosterone increases the protein synthesis process, which in turn causes muscle building. To effectively build muscle mass, consistently participate in a muscle building weight training program. Lift three days per week, with a day of rest in between lifting days. During each session, choose two to three exercises for each major muscle group, which includes the chest, shoulders, back, biceps, triceps, quadriceps, hamstrings, calves and abdominals. Complete each exercise at three to six sets of six to 12 repetitions, resting one to three minutes in between sets. Increase your calorie intake by 250 to 500 calories daily to provide your body the fuel it needs to build muscle.

Low Testosterone Symptoms

Low Testosterone Symptoms

Are you not feeling yourself?  Do you feel lethargic, lazy & have a lower sex drive?  Read the following on low testosterone symptoms and decide if an all natural testosterone booster like T Plus will help.

As males age they will inevitably start suffering from low testosterone.  Today’s blog post will look at what low testosterone symptoms are and how you can help boost your Low T and feel younger inside.  I can only speak as to how taking an all natural testosterone increasing supplement has worked for me.  IT WORKS!

I’m a middle aged male, starting my mid life crisis LOL.  I mean look, I just used LOL.  But I don’t want to feel like I’m aging.  So when I started getting lethargic, my sex drive tanked and I actually got depressed, it was a wake up call.  I began researching testosterone increasing supplements and have taken many.  A lot work, a lot don’t.  T plus does work.  I still take it to this day to combat my low testosterone symptoms, which don’t creep up anymore because I take the supplement daily.

Testosterone is responsible for the following:

  • Growth and maturation of prostate, and other male sex organs
  • Development of male hair distribution such as facial hair
  • Changes in body muscle mass and strength and fat distribution
  • Sex drive and sexual function
  • Mood and energy level
  • Bone strength

Lets take a look at some low testosterone symptoms:

 Decreased Libido

Testosterone plays an important role in libido for both men and women. When testosterone levels go down, desire often follows suit.

Lack of Energy

Low testosterone is also linked to low energy. If you find that your energy has been declining, don’t just chalk it up to long hours at work: It could be a sign of low testosterone.

A study performed at the Veterans Affairs Puget Sound Health Care System and the University of Washington in Seattle found that men with low testosterone were four times more likely to be diagnosed with clinical depression.

Decreased Height

Testosterone plays a role in bone strength, so if you feel like you are losing height, or shrinking, it might not be all in your head: It could be low testosterone.

 Less-Pleasurable Erections

If you find that your sexual response has been less intense and that your erections are not as strong, it could be a sign of low testosterone.

Decrease In Strength

Testosterone also plays a role in muscle mass, so if you have decreased strength or endurance but haven’t changed your workout regime, it could be a sign of decreased testosterone.

Other Health Issues

Testosterone levels can be impacted by other health conditions, most notably obesity, type 2 diabetes, and thyroid issues, so if you suffer from one or more of these, you might also have issues with low testosterone.

Decrease in Ejaculate

When your testosterone levels decrease, you might also notice that the amount of your ejaculate decreases in volume.

Shrinking Testicles

Low levels of testosterone can sometimes cause the testicles to shrink and become smaller. Some men also report a feeling of numbness in the testicles.

Low Testosterone In Men Study

Low Testosterone In Men

I like looking at reports done by 3rd parties on low testosterone in men.  I only post studies on low t done by respected 3rd parties.  Today we look at a low testosterone report done by Medical News Today.

I like this low testosterone study because it talks a lot about some of the side effect men can expect with low testosterone. There are a lot of health risks involved with Low T, and we feel strongly that treating low testosterone with an all natural supplement like T Plus Rejuvenation.  Big pharmaceutical companies will have you believe that they can cure everything fast and safely, when in fact all natural alternatives are readily available.

This low testosterone study talks about the health risks involved for men:

Low Testosterone In Men

” Males with low testosterone levels are at a higher risk for heart disease, but new evidence suggests that levels could be improved by a hormone named after chocolate.

After being given a hormone known as kisspeptin, a group of scientists from the University of Edinburgh discovered that men’s testosterone levels can increase. The hormone was found in the city of Hershey, Pennsylvania, famous for chocolate, therefore, it was named after the infamous Hershey’s chocolate kiss.

The study was published in the journal Clinical Endocrinology and funded by the Medical Research Council.

Based on earlier research, this study shows a relationship between low testosterone and diabetes. This may be caused by a resistance to insulin, the hormone that influences blood sugar. One-third of men with type-2 diabetes, which is also a risk factor for heart disease, have low testosterone.

In their previous research, the University of Edinburgh established that low testosterone levels in fat tissues were directly linked to the onset of type 2 diabetes. The evidence revealed that insulin resistance happened when testosterone was not functioning correctly, regardless of body wegiht.

A study from 2010 established that obesity is associated with low testosterone levels. Men with higher BMI numbers showed lower levels of testosterone. Obesity has already previously been linked with a higher risk for heart disease and diabetes.

During the study, the investigators gave kisspeptin to men with both type-2 diabetes and low testosterone. Kisspeptin, which is made by the human body, was given over a 12-hour period using a drip.

Low testosterone is increased by using supplementary gels or injections. Sometimes, this may cause unusually steep levels of testosterone, resulting in mood changes, temporary infertility, acne and other side effects.”
